Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
